Nobel Prize Week 2018
During December we had the honor to present our work at the Nobel Week Dialogue. The theme of this year’s dialogue was Water Matters. We really enjoyed the discussions around these topics with previous Nobel laureates, researchers and business leaders. Attending the Nobel Banquet the day after was of course also a wonderful experience. We spoke at the pre-event on Saturday at Norrsken Foundation and at the main Nobel Dialogue program on Sunday. And here are some photos and quotes from twitter: Saturday:“We started @SwedishAlgae to see if #diatoms could help us in more ways than being the base of the ocean food web and producing 1/4 of our oxygen” – prof Angela Wulff, cofounder and RnD manager pic.twitter.com/Wxd8glwdGS

“These diatoms are designed by evolution to trap visible light extremely efficiently, & to block UV light, while cleaning waste water. We harness this to solve problems for or planet and in industry” -Sofie @SwedishAlgae #greentech #NobelPrize
